This session quite literally rocked my WORLD! Adam and Brittany wanted an adventure in the water for their Blackie Spit Park engagement session, and that’s exactly what they got (in one of the best engagement photo locations in Vancouver)!

Adam gifted this session to Brittany for her birthday, so of course we had to make it SO special.

We headed down to Blackie Spit Park in Crescent Beach BC during golden hour and the sun was definitely showing off. The light was perfect and was the exact compliment we needed to capture these epic Vancouver engagement photos.

After being together for 11 years, I could very quickly see the chemistry between these two shining through the lens. Brittany and Adam met back in high school and happened to have the same best friend. They knew of each other but didn’t actually meet until they were at the same BBQ in 2010. Even though they met a little later on, that didn’t stop Brittany from thinking Adam was cute for a while beforehand.

I can’t wait to shoot these two lovelies at their wedding next July. If it’s anything like this romantic Vancouver engagement session, it’s going to be pure MAGIC!!!

The best part of it all? I was approached to have one of these images as a BOOK COVER of a romantic novel! EEEEEEKKKKK I cannot wait!
